Anyone may see a physical therapist directly for evaluation of pain and/or dysfunction attributable to a neuromuscular or musculoskeletal condition. We advise you:

  1. Contact our office for a comprehensive assessment. Initial appointments are one to one and a half hours in length. A physical therapy treatment diagnosis and discussion of treatment recommendations are included in this visit.
  2. Provide our business office with any insurance information that relates to your current condition. We will contact your insurance company, if applicable, and notify you of you benefits prior to initiating treatment.
  3. Notify your healthcare provider of your upcoming physical therapy appointment. You may be seen without referral, and we will provide a summary of your visit to your identified primary care or other healthcare provider.

We utilize a healthcare software called KEET Health. The KEET platform combines the workflows, processes, and tools that your therapists need to deliver connected care in one central location—saving you time and money. The program gives you access to messaging your therapist directly for questions, and the ability to watch videos and view pictures of your exercise plan, as well as receive badges for completing your daily exercises. If you schedule an appointment you will be sent an email invitation to join this platform if you’d like.
